France is considered one of the largest general aviation markets in Europe. France Air Expo is the only general aviation exhibition in France and the second in Europe. This international event offers a complete general aviation range of aircraft in services: aircraft, helicopters, manufacturers, ultralights, equipment, accessories, flight schools, avionics and much more. France Air Expo has become a key event for general, and business aviation in Europe.

Portorož Tourist Board and Slovenian Business Club Belgrade organized a business meeting in Belgrade, where Portorož Airport was also presented. At the B2B meeting, we met with partners from various branches of the economy, travel agencies, journalists, members of the Slovenian Business Club, WTO representatives, representatives of diplomatic corps, Serbian state institutions and others. We continued our business gathering on event "Martinovanje", a gastronomic and wine presentation of Portorož & Piran destination.

Portorož Airport Open  Day was held on October 30, 2017. It was organised in celebration of the World Tourism Day, in cooperation with the Portorož Tourist Association and the Portorož Coastal Flight Center.
